The House has passed a resolution to rein in President Trump's powers to attack Iran without congressional authorization. Four Republicans joined Democrats to pass the bill. While the resolution is unlikely to become law, it represents a stark rebuke of Trump's decision to join Israel in attacking Iran on February 28.

The Senate has voted to advance a stalled immigration spending bill after Republicans removed $1 billion in funding for President Trump's White House ballroom. The reconciliation bill would provide roughly $72 billion for immigration agencies, including Immigration and Customs Enforcement and the Border Patrol.

Ford Motor Company is recalling nearly 420,000 vehicles because of a seat belt issue that could result in injury during a crash. The National Highway Traffic Safety Administration says the recall includes certain Ford Expedition and Lincoln Navigator vehicles from model years 2018 through 2022.
