A Maccomb County Amazon driver said he was RESCUING a dog, not stealing it.  After he made his delivery and left, he came back and scooped up the pup.  It was all caught on the ring camera.  The dog had been out on the porch of the home, unattended.  The deliver driver is no facing charges.  The pups twin was in the yard just feet away.
