Have you ever felt the need to give a business a 1 star review?  If you do this in the future, maybe leave the store FIRST!

An Alabama ice cream shop owner saw the review come in during their grand opening.  Before the review could leave the parking lot, the owner confronted him.  She slapped the phone out of his hand and smashed it!  The customer was not happy with the customer service!  She was arrested and so was her husband!
