Midland Residents Can Weigh In on Downtown-Area Redevelopment

The City of Midland wants to hear from residents about the next phase of its Center City Redevelopment Plan.

An open house is scheduled for Wednesday, November 4, from 4:30 to 7 p.m. at the Midland Board of Realtors, located at 94 Ashman Circle.

Residents will be able to review design options, renderings and concepts for the next phase of improvements along South Saginaw Road, between Dartmouth Drive and Ashman Circle. City staff and project representatives will be available to answer questions.

Public feedback will help shape the final designs before they're presented to Midland City Council.

If you travel through that area regularly, this is a chance to see what's being considered and share your thoughts before the plans are finalized.
